Tuesday, 1 August 2017. During a recent storm around the 22 May, a branch broke away from a tree opposite a church in Allerton, Liverpool. This picture is offered for what it is. Some people see an image of Mary others see a scar on the trunk of a tree. What do you think? There is a story attached to the event but I somehow feel its a bit of an urban myth. Besides, what would the Mother of God be doing hiding in trees in an affluent suburb of Liverpool? Links to this post.
